So, I finished the 10 week Ashley Horner challenge I committed to and here are my results! From 156 to 150 and from 30% to 27.8% body fat. My goal is to get back to 126-130 lbs and about 18-23% body fat, so I'm still a "work in progress". Although I didn't "win" the challenge, I'd say I'm still WINNING!!!!
If you can't stop thinking about it, don't stop working for it!
