It's been about 10 months since my last update! Jeez, I need to step it up on here.
Well, let's see...I've lost 25 lbs. and about 6% BF!
In 2017 (see previous post) I did a round of Ashley Horner workouts, dieting, added in Keto and Intermittent Fasting from about March to mid July and lost apx 13 lbs. I took time off of strict Keto to give my body some adjustment time and to see if I could maintain the loss, which I did!

Fast forward to 2018: In March (seems to be my motivation month) I started back up on Keto and have to date lost another 12 lbs. I am now down to 131-132 from 156, my body fat is about 24% from about 30% and my measurements are at 36-27ish-37ish from 37-30-40. I'm VERY VERY close to goal (weight of 126-128, BF of 18-23% and measurements of 36-26-36) and super excited about it! Probably about 75% of my old normal clothes fit me comfortably again. I feel so much better, less grumpy, less sad, less tired and unmotivated. I'm in such a better place mentally now.
