Why do I workout?

#1 because I love myself.
#2 because I want to be here for my husband/daughter/family for as long as I can.
#3 because of the way it makes me feel (strong, young, confident, sexy, happy, fit, healthy)
#4 because I discovered I love to compete.
#5 because I love inspiring people.
#6 because I love to prove nay-sayers wrong!!

I WORK OUT BECAUSE I WANT TO & I CAN.

You never know who's looking up to you, be a good role model!
