Still going downhill!

HELLO, just checking in! 

I've been on my journey to lose the 30 lb. after competition rebound weight since March 2017.  So, what, almost six months now? 

Here's where I stand....

Down from 156 to140 lbs. and from 30% to 26% body fat.  That's about 1/2 way to my goal of pre-competition weight of 123-128 and apx. 18-23% bf!  I'm hoping to keep the momentum going and be at goal within one year from starting this journey, in about March 2018.

What I've done thus far: 
I started in March 2017 with the Ashley Horner 10 week Challenge by doing her program called Becoming Extraordinary and eating an 80/20 clean lifestyle.  I then moved on to Keto dieting on May 22nd and added in Intermittent Fasting on July 24th.
