2nd session

Got up at 8am to hit the gym for my 2nd ever training session. Anyone that knows me and how much I LOVE to sleep knows this is huge for me, LOL.  Anyway, STILL feelin sore in my quads from session one and ALREADY the soreness is setting in on the back muscles from today's workout!
